| Tier One Tutors provides SAT preparation classes to many schools around Southern California. The cost for these classes varies at each school between $50-$550USD. When signing up, you will be notified of the exact cost for your particular school. |

| If you request a refund before the books have been shipped to the school (5 days before the start of class), you will receive a full refund less $5 for the credit card processing fee. If you request a refund after the books have been shipped but you have not attended any classes or taken the materials, you will receive a refund less the $5 credit card charge and an additional $15 fee for the cost of Fed Ex shipping the books back to our office. Finally, if you have attended any classes for any amount of time, you will not be eligible for a refund at all. |
| The classes will take place on the campus you sign up for and the books will be provided in class on the first day. |
